Founding Early Access Terms

Last updated: 7 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-07-v1
Founding Early Access is free. The first 30 accepted users receive 30 days of SEQNCS PRO. No payment card is required, no payment is taken and there is no automatic renewal.

1. Operator and scope

SEQNCS is operated by Flavio Vampa, Via Saini 1, Meina (NO), Italy. Contact: hello@seqncs.com. These terms apply to the current Founding Early Access programme and the free SEQNCS service available during that programme.

2. Eligibility and allocation

You must provide a verified email address and accurate application information. Founding PRO places are allocated to the first 30 eligible verified accounts whose complete applications are accepted while places remain available. SEQNCS may refuse, suspend or revoke access in cases of abuse, fraud, duplicate accounts, security risk or material breach of these terms.

3. Early Access period

An accepted account receives 30 days of PRO access from activation. At the end of that period, PRO promotional access ends and the account returns to FREE unless SEQNCS separately opens a paid service and the user actively chooses to subscribe. There is no automatic conversion to a paid plan.

4. Planned commercial price

References to €39/month describe the current planned commercial price after Early Access. During Founding Early Access this amount is not charged and does not constitute an automatic order, renewal or future payment obligation. SEQNCS may revise future commercial pricing before paid access opens.

5. Professional-use tool

SEQNCS is a project-controls and schedule-analysis support tool. It does not replace professional planning, scheduling, project-management, contractual, engineering, safety, legal or financial judgement. Outputs must be reviewed against the source schedule, project context and applicable contractual requirements before being relied upon.

6. Source data and results

Results depend on the quality, completeness and semantics of the supplied schedule. Missing activity codes, calendars, resources, logic, baselines, progress information or inconsistent source data can affect analysis. A “PASS”, score, forecast, critical-path view, comparison or inferred construction classification is not a guarantee of schedule correctness or project outcome.

7. Acceptable use

You may use SEQNCS for lawful professional or personal evaluation. You must not attempt to compromise the service, bypass access controls, interfere with other users, automate abusive traffic, introduce malicious code, or use data you are not authorised to process. You remain responsible for obtaining any permissions necessary to analyse a schedule.

8. Availability and changes

Early Access is a pre-commercial service. Features may be corrected, changed, limited or withdrawn, and temporary interruptions may occur. SEQNCS will use reasonable efforts to preserve account and entitlement integrity but does not promise uninterrupted availability during Early Access.

9. Feedback

Early Access is intended to generate structured product feedback. You may send feedback by replying to SEQNCS emails or writing to hello@seqncs.com. You retain ownership of your underlying project information; you grant SEQNCS permission to use non-confidential feedback and suggestions to improve the product without identifying your schedule or organisation unless separately agreed.

10. Intellectual property

SEQNCS software, interface, reports, templates, branding and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Your source schedule and your own project data remain yours or your organisation's. These terms do not transfer ownership of your source data to SEQNCS.

11. Privacy

Personal data are handled as described in the Privacy Notice. In particular, Primavera P6 XER schedule content is processed locally in the browser in the normal product workflow and is not uploaded to SEQNCS servers for schedule analysis.

12. Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Early Access is provided on an “as available” basis and SEQNCS does not warrant that every calculation, inference, export or compatibility path will be error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory rights available to consumers or other users under applicable law.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections that apply under the law of their habitual residence where those protections cannot be waived by agreement.

14. Future paid service

Paid subscriptions are not open to new purchases during Founding Early Access. Before commercial checkout is enabled, SEQNCS will publish the applicable paid-subscription terms, price, billing/cancellation information and any required consumer information.
